On July 30, 2023, Mr. Rahul Jain, Director of Public Relations of the Jain Society of Metropolitan Washington, and Mrs. Savita Jain, Chairperson of JAINA, visited the Swaminarayan Akshardham in Robbinsville, New Jersey. JAINA and the Jain Society of Metropolitan Washington play a vital role in fostering and promoting Jain philosophy in the Washington DC region and across North America.
During their visit, Mr. and Mrs. Jain toured the Akshardham campus and experienced the volunteer exhibition, gaining a deeper understanding of the dedication and selfless service that has brought this spiritual sanctuary to life. They were deeply moved by the stories of the volunteers and the devotion reflected in every aspect of Akshardham.
Rahul Jain shared his emotions, remarking, “What can happen when people come together, is what we see here.”
Echoing similar sentiments, Savita Jain shared, “If you want to see the best example of devotion, it’s here.” She further expressed her faith in the future, stating, “After seeing Akshardham, I have firm faith that the next generation will keep our traditions and spiritual heritage alive and remain rooted in these values.”
